The Salt Lake Tribune 25 Jun 2022 MARINA GOMBERG I felt the adrenaline surge through my veins as the news alerts pinged my phone that the Supreme Court of the United States had overturned Roe v. Wade. They really did it. Like a scary moment in a movie preceded by eerie music, we knew it was coming, but that didn’t quell the shock one bit.
Makes me wonder how long I’ll have the constitutional right for my body to regulate its own hormones, but I digress.
It’s a dark day in Ame
The news of Roe being overturned is beyond gutting. And I encourage everyone to take the time they need to grieve, rage, scream, what have you. Once that’s done, though, I urge you all, with every fiber of my being, to recruit everyone you know to join us in fighting back. I hope it’s become clear to all Americans that we’re at war.
